This is a Nurse Aide training course to prepare you for the State test for certification as a C.N.A. - Certified Nurse's Assistant.

Remember, you must come in and tour the school and register with a school representative to enroll in a class.

You may prefill the forms and bring them with you or you may come in and fill them.

We need the following prior to the start of class. We will make a copy for your records to be kept on file at the school.

     1. State I.D.

     2. Social Security

     3. Proof of education, you must have completed at least eigth grade.
